1. General information

These sales and delivery terms apply to the purchase of goods at SayyedB.com for delivery in Denmark. However, if delivery to another country is required, there will be an additional freight costs. In most cases, the price will appear when you have placed the item in the shopping cart.

SayyedB.com preserves the right for pricing and printing errors as well as out-of-stock items.

2. Purchase & payment

SayyedB.com is open 24 hours a day and you can therefore almost always make a purchase. However, we may close the store for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and accessible.

To shop at SayyedB.com, you must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid credit card or other payment option that we accept. If you have not yet reached the age of 18, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian’s consent or otherwise have the legal right to make the purchase.

You can change the contents of the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by clicking the “Proceed to checkout” button. Then your order will be sent to SayyedB.com. Once you have purchased a product from us, you will receive an order confirmation of our receipt of your purchase.

2.1 Payment options and fee

You have the following payment options at SayyedB.com:

  • Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express
  • Paypal account
  • Cash on delivery
  • Bank transfer

Nb. If you want to pay by card, you will, as part of the payment, be led through a Paypal-site that ensures a secure purchase. If fraudulent activity is suspected, SayyedB may require payment by bank transfer.

3. Shipping & Delivery

At SayyedB.com, we ensure you get your package in the best and fastest way. At checkout, you will therefore see which delivery options are available for your particular order.

3.1 Delivery time

Denmark: By default, we deliver within 2-5 business days.
Bahrain: By default, we deliver within 2-4 business days.
Saudi Arabia: By default, we deliver within 2-5 business days.
Europe: By default, we deliver within 4-6 business days.
Rest of world: Kindly contact us for further information.

4. Right of return

When you shop at SayyedB.com, you always have 14 days full return right from the day you receive goods. However, it is required that the product is unused and is returned in the same condition as on receipt and with original labels.

To exercise the right of return, you must notify us of your decision to cancel your purchase. The message must be sent by e-mail to info@sayyedb.com. Subsequently, the product must be received by SayyedB within 14 days after purchase.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving us clear notice of this.

4.1 Return

If you want to return your order, you can either send it back to us or write to info@sayyedb.com to arrange.

In case of return, you should make sure that the goods are properly wrapped.
You have the responsibility for the package/good until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt and track and trace number. Remember to enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation of your purchase.
You will have to pay for the freight costs when returning the goods.

Note! We do not receive packages sent by demand or without delivery.

4.1.1 Repayment of purchase amount

When we receive the returned product, we will check it and then refund the product’s purchase price. Any shipping costs to return the item are on your own account. The amount is always transferred to the same payment method with which you made the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the same card you used for the purchase. However, any freight costs for the self-chosen delivery method during purchase are not refunded.
From the time we receive your return order until you can see the money returned in your account, there will be a maximum of 14 days.

5. Complaints

If in Denmark, your purchase is covered by the Buying Act, including defect rules. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, money back or discount in price, depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.
You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible.
You can complain by sending us an e-mail to info@sayyedb.com. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions. Remember to provide your order number.
If it is agreed with customer service that the item must be returned to us, then it must be sent to the following address:

When you return the item, please state as detailed as possible what the problem is. Also remember to enclose a copy of the order confirmation or some other form of documentation so we can track your order in our system.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund reasonable shipping costs you incurred in order to return the good to us. Otherwise, you will have to bear all freight expenses yourself, including our freight costs for returning the good after examination.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and ensure to get a receipt for shipment. You have the responsibility for the package/good until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt and track and trace number. Remember to enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation of your purchase.

7. Appeal

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact info@sayyedb.com. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant authority, provided the conditions for this are met.
